We work with trusted couriers to get your order to you safely and on time. Orders are shipped via APC Parcel Delivery, Royal Mail, and My Hermes depending on size and destination.
Delivery Timescales
- UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
- International Delivery: 5–7 working days
Orders will NOT be left unattended — a signature is required for the courier to record successful delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
Problems with an APC Delivery
If you are experiencing an issue with an APC delivery, please try the following steps:
- Use the APC depot finder with your postcode to locate your local depot
- Contact your local depot directly for the latest status on your parcel
- Check your dispatch confirmation email (and spam/junk folder) for tracking details
Festive Period
Please note that delivery times may be extended during the festive period due to increased courier volumes. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because a customer was unavailable to accept delivery, or refused delivery, any refund issued will exclude the original delivery fee.
Delivery Restrictions
- Cuban cigars cannot be delivered to the USA
- Lighters cannot be shipped outside the UK, due to courier restrictions on flammable goods
